The name ‘Fifth Tribe’ is derived from the book "Tribal Leadership" by David Logan who looked at hundreds of companies to evaluate what differentiated the successful ones from the unsuccessful ones. He argues that what separates great companies from others is a strong culture.

The company is called Fifth Tribe so we can unify our team around a single mission: having impact through customer success.

That's why we took on a project like the Vatican Accelerator, even though it was small. Climate change is something we as a society need to deal with and so we partnered with the Vatican to launch an accelerator to help stop climate change.
